Frances A. Jarosek Wernli May 7, 1938 ~ February 27, 2022 Frances Wernli, 83, of Mineral Wells, Texas formerly a resident of Irving for sixty-four years passed away February 27, 2022 in Mineral Wells. She was born May 7, 1938 in Taylor, Texas to Joe V. and Hattie Frances Jarosek. She graduated from Saint Mary's High School in Taylor, Texas. She married the love of her life, William L. Wernli, Jr. "Billy" September 15, 1956 in Taylor. He preceded her in death August 5, 2003. Frances and Billy had three children. She was everything a mother should be and more. She showed them what it meant to be a loving parent. She was a homemaker whose potato salad and beans were out of this world. She not only fed her family but all of her children's friends. You never left her house hungry. She was a loving and devoted wife to Billy always accompanying him on fishing and camping trips, they were inseparable. She was a long-time member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Irving where she served on the Council, Song and Worship Committee and a devoted member of the "Parkland Bears", a ladies group that sewed and assembled stuffed animals for children in the hospital. She was also a member of the Irving Friends of the Library. Survived by her son, David, two daughters, Connie and Tracy, six grand children, two great grand children, two brothers, J. C. and John Jarosek, two sisters, Hattie Mae Coffman and Barbara Sutton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and extended family and friends. The funeral will be in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be March 22, 2022 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas...Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home.
