She was the second oldest of nine children born to John and Rose Zaloudik and grew up on the family farm. Elizabeth graduated from Midwest City High School and went to work at Southwestern Bell. She met Max Kolar at the Yukon Czech Hall and they married on August 31, 1954, where they held their wedding reception. They went on to enjoy every Saturday night at the Czech Hall! Elizabeth retired from Sears Credit Central and both she and Max are long time parish members at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was always a room parent and active volunteer at Rosary School and the church. Whether it was baking for a sale, counting Sunday donations, or folding bulletins. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Kathy Kolar Lewis, and siblings Wesley Zaloudik, Lucille Ruzicka, Rosalie Elliott, and John Zaloudik. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Max Kolar, and siblings, Lillian Kolar, Mary Ann Nickel, Amalie Wilson, and Paul Zaloudik. Daughters Sharon Fitzpatrick and Susan Fetz (Gary), grandchildren Carolyn Lopez (Ricardo), Patrick Fetz (Carley) and Allison Palazola (Peter), and two great-grandsons Cayden and Rylan Lopez, along with many nieces and nephews. The Rosary will be prayed at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, on Friday, December 10th, at 1:00 pm with Elizabeth's Funeral Mass immediately after. Burial will follow at Yukon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
