RATLEY — Mrs. Nancy S. Ratley, 33, of 1008 Polk, died in a Houston hospital at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Ratley was born in Fort Worth. Surviving are a son, Orville Ratley, Jr.; her mother, Mrs. Susan Kincaid: a sister, Mrs. J. P. Jorgensen, all of Houston, and four brothers, Howard Stanley of Houston, Pvt. I. V. Stanley of Fort Sam Houston and Charlie Stanley and Paul Stanley, also with the United States Army. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
