World War II Veteran Ivan V. Stanley July 27, 1913 - Nov. 18, 1995 KNOX -- Ivan V. Stanley, 82, of 1005 S. Edgewood Drive, died Saturday in Starke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stanley was a hospital cook. He was born July 27, 1913, in San Augustine, Texas, and moved to Knox three years ago. Surviving are four daughters, Lana Stamper of Culver, Rosemary Quintell of San Leandro, Calif., Nancy Davis and Roseann Statler, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a stepson, William R. James of Colorado Springs; 17 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. He was an Army veteran. Graveside services were today in Crown Hill Cemetery. M. C.
