Bio

William 'Bill' was the son of Martha A.(Collins) and Joseph Kelly Garrett. Bill married Edna Morgenroth on 8 Oct.1914 at DeWitt Co. Texas. They had four children together. Bill was a Game Warden for Kerr County, Texas. He died from a heart attact, due to over exertion from fighting a grass fire.
