Edward Machacek, 71, funeral will be held Monday at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic church with burial in the parish cemetery. He died Thursday at Omaha. He was born March 18, 1918 on a farm 7 miles north of Leigh to Frank and Hedvicka (Janousek) Machacek. He was married on September 16, 1941 to Mathilda Suchan at Papillion. He was survived by his wife, 2 sons, 6 grandchildren, 2 brothers: Frank, Charles both at Leigh; 2 sisters: Helen Jedlicka at Columbus, Mrs. Joe {Adelia} Srb at Madison.
