Bio
She married Albert Barta on April 29, 1873 in Frelsburg, Colorado County, TX. They were living there when they were enumerated on June 2, 1880. She was 30 and said she was born in Landskrom, which is probably "Lanškroun, a town in the Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of what is now the Czech Republic. On 11 June 1900, Albert and wife Frances were in Bastrop County, Texas where they apparently remained until their death. In 1900 she said she had five children, and three were alive. In 1910 she said she had three children and three were alive. She was last enumerated on January 8, 1920 in Bastrop County. She presumably died sometime between then and December 17, 1920 when Albert made his will and did not mention her. The exact location of her burial is not known but presumed to be Oak Hill where her son Charles was buried.
