Roger Anthony Miller June 9, 1946 ~ August 30, 2021 (age 75) Roger Anthony Miller, 75, of Palmer, TX was born on June 9, 1946, to the late Mary (Laubert) and Willie J Miller. He passed from this life on August 30, 2021, with his family by his side. Roger was a retired Journeyman Electrician. Born and raised in the small town of West, Texas, he attended St. Mary's Catholic School and graduated from West High School in 1964. He was an amazing artist and could draw anything that you could imagine. He had a passion for classic cars and never skipped an opportunity to go to the races. He loved music of all genres, fishing, spending time with family, a Red Lobster dinner, and a good cold Budweiser. Roger is proceeded in death by his parents Willie J and Mary Miller, his brothers Billy Joe and Jerry Miller, and his sister Maryanne Gatlin. He is survived by his daughter Sherry and husband Mike Aston, two sons Robert Westley (Brandie) Miller and Christopher Miller; Grandchildren: Danielle Thompson, Justin Aston, Destinee (Brett) Davis, Chase (Paige) Miller, Jaycee and Westin Miller; Two great-granddaughters: Presley and Baylei Thompson; Brothers: James and wife Patricia Miller, Robert Miller, and Patrick Miller; sister Ganora Miller as well as a huge extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in his name to the Alzheimer's/Dementia Association at alz.org.
