Bio

Philip Ocie Partain P.O.P came into this world on July 31, 1953, and left this world on August 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Ocie and Hazel Partain, and two infant siblings. He was survived by two sisters Charlotte Smith of Muldrow, Ok and Dianna Clinton of Barling, Ar. as well as four nephews Jack Geren, Randy Mckinney, Scott Mckinney, Craig Geren and many other relatives and friends. Phil will be laid to rest on Friday August 20, 2021 with a graveside service at Milton cemetery.
