Mallory-Martin, Stigler. --------------- Carol Gene "Par" Partain, 74, of Keota, died Dec. 24. 2013. He was born Aug. 27, 1939, in McCurtain, to Ocie and Evelyn (Trahern) Partain. He was an Army Veteran; former owner and operator of a Harley-Davidson franchise in Oklahoma City and PARS ATV shop in Keota. He was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast.
