Gerald, 79, of Buna passed away at his residence. A longtime Buna resident he was a retired machine operator. Preceded in death by his wife Esther Mooney, survivors include son Buford Gerald Mooney; sister Daphna Lavonne Pate; brother Garvin Mooney; stepsons Steven Glasspool and Charles Glasspool; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
