She married Thomas John Janda or Yonda abt 1904 in Nebraska and died giving birth to their third child. Anna Melkus and Thomas John Janda or Yonda had the following children: -Marie A. (Yonda) Kauffman b. June 22, 1905 in Havelock, Lancaster, Nebraska -Thomas Anthony Yonda b. Aug 19, 1907 in North Platte, Lincoln, Nebraska, d.
