Nancy “Mamas” Ashley, 79, of Big Spring, formerly of Snyder, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Viewing and visitation will be Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Services will be Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Myers & Smith Chapel. Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM at the Snyder Cemetery in Snyder, Texas. Nancy was born on July 14, 1941 in Correll. She moved to Big Spring in 2013 from Killeen. She was a Baptist. She was a homemaker and worked as a waitress. She loved to dance and play Farkle. She is survived by two daughters: Kimberly Moss and husband Jeff and Ann Llorente; one son: Larry Fletcher and wife Sylvia; one brother: Sonny Adams and wife Susie; two sisters: Claudie Anderson and Cynthia Cole; 19 granchildren; and 44 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ruby Lee and J.R. Adams, she was preceded in death by her husband: Darrell “Tinker” Ashley; one son: Russell “Pug” Fletcher; and one daughter: Becky Terry.
