Austin American-Statesman Austin, Texas · Wednesday, June 25, 1986 Aaron "Buster" Hester, 67, of Austin died Sunday, June 22, 1986. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday in the Davis Chapel of the Cook-Walden Funeral Home, with Reverend Lance Hurst officiating. Interment will be in Capital Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with full military honors. Mr. Hester was the husband of Frances Hester of Austin; father of Brenda Brown of Austin, Talmadge Hester of Levelland, Leroy Hester of Austin, Master Gunnery Sgt. Gary Hester, U.S.M.C. of Havelock, North Carolina; brother of Shorty Hester of Corpus Christ!, James Hester of Mesa, Arizona, and Bernard of Lohn, Nelda Hodges of Santa Anna, Billle Jean Nichols of Menard, and Margaret Martinak of Houston; grandfather of 14; and great-grandfather of ten. Pallbearers will Include Veldon Lemens, Rudy Herrera, Michael Atkins, Thomas Niempschke, Dennis Jistel, and Robert Grant. Arrangements by Cook-Walden Funeral Home, Lamar location..
