Bio

Clarice Winkler, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Winkler, died at half past two Thursday morning, after a long illness with catarahal fever. She was two years, eight months and twenty four days old. The funeral services took place Saturday afternoon at two o'clock from the Holy Family church and the body was laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery. Clarice was a beautiful child and her death is mourned not only by her relatives but by all who knew her. Source: The Humphrey Democrat newspaper (Humphrey, Nebraska) December 4,1903
