Bio

James Milton McAllister, son of James and Ida McAllister, was born December 3, 1884, in Burt county, Nebraska, and passed away at his home May 19, 1950. He grew to manhood in Burt county and spent most of his life on the farm. On December 21 1910, he was married to Cora Caray, and to this union three sons were born, Kenneth and Otis of Lusk, Wyoming; and James of Harrison, Nebr. On November 11, 1923, he was married to Sadie Griffen and to them five children were born, the youngest of whom died in infancy.. He is survived by his widow, his seven children, Mrs. Lorenz Busselman, Rosalie; Mrs. John Collins, Lansing, Michigan; James Jr. and Harold W., who are in the U. S. Navy; Kenneth and Otis of Lusk, Wyoming and James of Harrison. There are seven grandchildren and seven step-children; some nieces and nephews. He is also sürvived by two sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Nell Donaldson of Omaha; Mrs. Grace Miller, Decatur; Frank and Jack of Tekamah; Dewey of Buffalo, Wyoming and William of Decatur.
