Married to William A Murphy at the time of her death. They were living in Austin on Wichita Street in 1949. They were living in Stockdale at the time of her death. She was survived by a son William A. Murphy, Jr., Houston; a daughter Mrs. Ernest Lent, Natalia; a brother, Oren R. Spain, San Antonio, and several nephews and nieces. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Porter Loring Mortuaries. ************** A 1932 Austin, TX directory listed Francis as widow of Ben. F. Patton on Wichita Street. However, he did not die until 1959. Benjamin listed his marital status as divorced in the 1930 census.
