Bio
Duane Eugene Coppoc, 82, widower of Barbara Ransbottom Coppoc, passed away May 28, 2020. A native of Flint, Michigan, he was the son of the late Oliver Wendell and Rose Hoppell Coppoc, a self-employed excavator, U.S. Army Veteran and member of Taylors First Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Nancy Bower (Bill), Joy Welling, and Marilee Johnson (Darin) all of Greer; two sisters, Ruth Harrow of Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan and Deanna Coppoc of St. Lyon, Michigan; seven grandchildren, Amanda Fenley (John), Amy Martinez (Renny), Ashlee Bower, Joshua Welling, Justin Welling, Nicolas Welling and Jocelynn Johnson and one great-grandchild, Brooke Fenley. He was predeceased by one son, Rodney Lee Coppoc. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Wood Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Jerry Long. The Wood Mortuary
