Robbins died this morning of heart trouble, after being confined to his home the past three months. The doctor had been feeling a little more cheerful the past few days and had been reading a paper at the time of his death. He threw up his hands and fell back. No arrangements have been made as yet to the funeral. He was a prominent Mason, Odd Fellow and Elk. He was 59 years of age. Dr. Calvin Hubbard Robbins was born in St. Lawrence County, N.Y., and came west. He was in Fillmore for a time and for a long period was a physician at Wykoff. Later he was in the newspaper business in Spencer, Iowa. He then came to Austin where, by his genial manor he made many friends who mourn with his family at his decease. He leaves a widow and five children, two sons and three daughters all of whom are at home except the oldest son who is in Indiana and a daughter Mrs. Crandall who resides in Spencer.
