Bio

Martha Nix Services for Martha Nix, 75, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Glenn Border and Rev. David Border officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under direction of Sanders Funeral Home. She died Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997. She was born March 25, 1922, in Waco. She graduated from New Home High School. She married Jack Nix in Red River, N.M. He died Oct. 26, 1995. She was a member of First Baptist Church in New Home. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Bill Taylor of Possum Kingdom Lake; a daughter, Kenna Dalrymple of Lubbock; two sisters, Rhea Busby of Lubbock and Deanie Ehlo of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
