Mary Smith Services for Mary K. Smith, 81, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sanders Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. She died Saturday, Feb. 15, 1997, at Methodist Hospital. She was born Aug. 16, 1915, in Pauls Valley, Okla. She married Floyd William Smith on Oct. 21, 1933, in Lubbock. He died Jan. 24, 1973. She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She moved to Lubbock from New Home in 1962. A son, Ronald Floyd, died Dec. 8, 1983, and a daughter, Donna Bevers, died March 24, 1990. Survivors include three sisters, Martha Nix, Rhea Busby and Deanie Ehlo, all of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
