Mrs. Jane Malone Eddy, 69, of Hubbard, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2007, in Mexia. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 6, at Wade Funeral Home Chapel in Hubbard. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. at Oaklawn Cemetery in Mabank. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Jane was born on September 8, 1937, in Mabank, to Lloyd Earl and Minnie (Prigmore) Malone. She worked as an LVN at the Mexia State School before her recent retirement. Survivors include her husband, Billy Eddy, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sons, William Eddy and wife, Anna, of Calias, Maine, Chris and Alex Eddy, of Hubbard; daughter, Zadra Morgan, of Mount Calm; grandchildren, Brianna Eddy, of Mount Calm and Gavin Eddy, of Calias, Maine; brothers, Bobby Malone and wife, lela, of Hubbard, Billy Malone and wife, Mary, of Eustace, and Jack Malone, of Wichita Falls, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
