Bio

Janie was born in Cyclone to Joseph M and Marie Bordovsky Bartek. She attended schools in Cyclone and Meeks. She married Ed Jecmenek on Oct 20, 1943 in Bell County. She was baptized at First Baptist Church in Rogers. She owned and operated Bartek's from 1975-1984 with her husband. She retired from Scott and White Memorial Hospital in 1985 after 20 years of service. Survivors are two sons J.D. Jecmenek and Richard Jecmenek; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
