Tonie Zucha, 91, of Cyclone, Texas, passed away Monday, Sep. 19, 2005, at a West nursing home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Cyclone with the Rev. Walter Matus officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Cyclone. Rosary will be recited at 9:25 a.m. Thursday, at St. Joseph'e Catholic Church. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Tonie was born in Cyclone, Texas, to the late Joseph and Maria (Bradosky) Bartek, and lived in the Cyclone area all of her life. She was married to Paul Zucha. Tonie worked as a food preparer for Kosel's Rstaurant in Temple and also for the Cyclone Corral. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Tonie was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, on Jan. 7, 1990; and brothers, Charlie Bartek, Walter Bartek, annd Jerry Bartek. Survivors include sons, Julius Zucha and wife, Barbara, of Waco, Paul Zucha and wife, Mary, of Pasadena and Anton Zucha and wife, Mary Frances, of Houston; sisters, Wilma Younts, of Cyclone, Annie Doskocil, of Zabeikville, Janie Jecmenek, of Temple and Bessie Kleypas, of Marlin; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
