Obituary Caroline Bock Drawbridge from Columbus, Nebraska The Telegram Thursday June 17, 1971 Caroline Drawbridge Rite Was Wednesday St. Paul - Funeral services for Caroline Helen Drawbridge were at Jacobs Funeral Home Wednesday with Rev, John O. Craig officiating. Graveside rites were at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Columbus. Caroline Helen Drawbridge was born August 10, 1879, at David City, to Vincent and Mary Lockner Bock. She died at Howard County Community Hospital Sunday at age 91. Mrs Drawbridge received her schooling in the David City area. She married Mike Beirle Aug 25th, 1897, at David City and couple made their home in that area, later moving to Columbus. On Oct 5th 1943 she married William Drawbridge at Alameda, Calif., and the couple lived in North Loop. After her second husband's death she continued to live in North Loop City. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs, Clara Sprunk of Columbus: sons, Alfred and Jess Beierle of Columbus, Clarence Bierle of Dix, Chester Beierle of Omaha, Floyd Beierle of Glendale, Calif., and Howard Beierle of Riverside, Calif., 22 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her parents, husbands, a number of sisters and brothers, one son, Vern, daughter Ruby.
