Bio

Viola Veronica Kruse was born February 19, 1918 in Granger, Texas to William Balusek and Vera (Mucha) Balusek Palla. She died on March 9, 2004 at the age of 86. Viola was baptized and confirmed at the Brethren Church in Granger. She was married to Vernon Kruse on February 19, 1936 and they had two daughters. Viola was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and the VFW Auxiliary. She helped her husband in their business for many years. She was a kind, loving and generous mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Vernon Kruse; a sister Elizabeth Walther; half brother Harry Palla; and half sister Willie Mae Pokorny. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Limmer (Wayne) and Verna Lou Anderson of Taylor; a half sister Dorothy Mikulencak (Frank); sister-in-law Shiley Palla; grandchildren Justin Anderson (Cindy), Milissa Randig (Ron, and Tammy Talley (Jason) and Vernon Anderson of Taylor. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
