Verna Lou Anderson, age 77, of Taylor passed away Sunday April 3, 2016. Verna Lou was born January 10, 1939 to Vernon and Viola Kruse. She was a lifelong member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church at Wuthrich Hill and grew up in the surrounding area. She worked for AT&T Southwestern Bell as a Chief Telephone Operator where she later retired. She was married to Leonard Anderson until he passed away. They enjoyed dancing and listening to live music. She liked to socialize at Farmer's Station that was owned by her parents. Verna Lou enjoyed shopping, baking cakes, and spending time with her family and neighbors as well as going on trips with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Leonard. She is survived by two sons, two grandchildren, great granddaughter, Sadie, her sister, Linda, nieces Melissa and Tammy, and numerous other family and friends.
