GENEVA MEYER JAMES HOLLOWAY ~ Born November 25, 1926 in Forestburg, TX. Died peacefully in her sleep February 22, 2003. Married W.A. James, Jr. in June 1947. Two children from that marriage, Marilyn Kempka of Eustace, TX and Larry Don James of Irving, TX. She graduated from beauty school in 1951 and retired in 1974. Later she worked as credit manager for Stacy Furniture, Carlton Cards, and credit Collector for CompCom. She loved reading and working out contest theories. She lacked a few hours having a bachelors in gemology and nutrition. Survivors include her children; brothers, Billy and Buddy Meyer of Archer City, sisters, Wilma [Dan] Richardson and Betty [Tom] Richardson both from Rosston, TX; grandson, Mike Hollar and several other grandchildren. Preceded in death by father, Theodore Meyer and mother, Anna Barclay Meyer. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Foundation. Arrangements were under the direction of Anderson-Clayton Brothers Funeral Home 305 N. Jackson St. Kaufman, TX ***************************** (Arthur Holloway)
