Bio

Daughter of E.G. & Rosebell (Phillips) Brown. She was married in Grand Island, Nebraska to Lowell B. Grimes. Ruth graduated from Columbus High School in 1932. She worked as a life guard and gave swimming lessons for many years. She also worked at K.C. Auto, Levines Clothing, and Gene Neater Studio. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus. She is survived by 2 sons: Keith of Florida and Robert of Columbus 1 sister: Helen Dover of Florida 1 Brother: Jay Brown of Virginia She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and several brothers and sisters.
