Patsy A. Wilford, 82, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014, at the House of the Dove in Marshfield, Wis. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. today at Greenview Memorial Gardens, 1201 Colona Road, East Moline. The Rev. Dale Wilford will officiate. Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home of Marshfield is assisting the family with arrangements. Patsy was born on Aug. 23, 1932, in East Moline, daughter of Lawrence E. and Annabelle Randall Wilford. Patsy was employed as a line worker at Kraft Foods. She was an avid reader who especially enjoyed reading Bible verses, Christian historical novels and daily devotionals. She is lovingly survived by her sister, Gladys Avery; as well as many nieces and nephews. She will truly be missed. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence E. and Annabelle; as well as her siblings, Dale E. Wilford, Jane Ruzicka, Jean Ekin, Joan Palmer and Don Wilford. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to express their sympathies are encouraged to do so in Patsy's name to the House of the Dove in Marshfield.
