ROCK ISLAND - Services for Jean E. Ekin, 65, of 4105 6th St., will be 10:30 a.m. today at Knox-Larson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. today. Mrs. Ekin died Tuesday at Franciscan Medical Center. Jean Wilford married Donald Ekin in 1946 in Rock Island. He died in 1989. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Milan, Ill. Survivors include daughters, Donna Rumley, Rock Island; and Rose Gray, Viola, Ill.; a son, Donald, Cambridge, Ill.; 10 grand-children; a great-grandchild; her mother, Annabell Wilford, Beaver Dam, Wis.; sisters, Gladys Avery, Green Rock, Ill.; Joan Palmer, Cambridge; and Patsy Wilford, Beaver Dam; and brothers, Dale Wilford, Colona, Ill.; and Don Wilford, Lincoln, Mo. (Quad-City Times, Jan. 23, 1992) -------- Daughter of Lawrence and Annabell Randall Wilford.
