Gentleman Mortuary, 2 p.m. Interment St. Mary's cemetery. __ Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), April 18, 1946, p. 6, col. 5 Died in Omaha Abie, March 30 – James J. Marushak, 50, formerly of this vicinity, died in Omaha, March 15, after a short illness. Funeral services were held in Omaha, March 16, with interment in St. Mary's cemetery. Surviving relatives, including one brother, E. G. Marushak, Omaha, and three sisters, Mrs. Joseph L. Ourada of Weston, Mrs. Anton Svoboda of Wahoo and Mrs. LeRoy Sweenie, were in attendance at the funeral services. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Marushak preceded him in death. He had made his home in Omaha several years.
