Etta Mae Pesha, age 91, of Wibaux, Montana passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Billings Clinic in Billings, MT. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Silha Funeral Home in Wibaux. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Silha Funeral Home in Wibaux with Reverend Carol Rahn officiating. Interment will be in the Beach City Cemetery. Silha Funeral Home of Wibaux has been entrusted with the arrangements. Etta Mae was born on November 1, 1927 in Nebraska. She was raised and educated in Nebraska, graduating from Ord High School in Ord, Nebraska. Following her education, she was a homemaker and worked at J.C. Penney for several years. Etta Mae was united in marriage to Jerry Pesha on August 29, 1957 in Wibaux. This union brought together two sons and two daughters to form one family. Etta Mae worked as the secretary to the Wibaux County Agent for thirty-five years before she retired in 1992. Etta Mae enjoyed playing cards, especially pinochle and solitaire. She loved all of the years that she worked with all of the 4-H kids. Etta Mae always enjoyed going out for a good meal and always remembered to send birthday and anniversary cards to family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Lyle and Allen; one daughter, Patricia; one grandson, Richard Jr. and all of her siblings. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Jerry Pesha of Wibaux; one daughter, LaRae (Richard) Metz of Stayton, Oregon; three grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; her dear friend, Darlene Brown of Wibaux and numerous nieces and nephews. On her brother Ben's page, (memorial # 152460920 )he lists her as his sister and the only way that he can be a sibling, is if they have different mothers.
