CHESTER E. MOORE was born on 30 October 1910 in Texas to Francis "Frank" Elisha Moore & Katy Ann Gattis-Moore. Chester married Hazel S. Blandford-Moore on Oct 13, 1928 in Texas, and they had ONE child that is known of: Billie Earl Moore (1929 - ?). Billie was living with his Parents in his Grandparents' Household, Frank & Katy Moore on the 1930 census. Chester passed away on 29 June 1977 in Amarillo, and was buried at Llano Cemetery, Potter County, Texas.
