HAZEL SINA BLANDFORD-MOORE was born on 20 September 1910 in Texas to James F Blandford & Alice F. Cantrell-Blandford. Hazel married Chester E. Moore on 13 Oct 1928 in Texas, and they had ONE child of record: Billie Earl Moore (1929-?). Billie was living with his Parents in his Grandparents' Household, Frank & Katy Moore on the 1930 census. Katy passed away on 29 October 1979 in Amarillo, and was buried at Llano Cemetery, Amarillo, Potter County, Texas.
