KATY ANN GATTIS-MOORE was born on 14 November 1883 in Red River County, Texas to Luke Gaddis and Mary Elizabeth Roden-Gaddis. Katy married Francis "Frank" Elisha Moore on 10 Dec 1905 in Red River County, Texas, and they had EIGHT children of record: Lillian Ruth Moore-Ellis (1907 - 1987), Lois Moore-Roberts (1909 - 1959), Chester Moore (1910 - 1977), Edith Marie Moore-Bailey (1912 - 1991), Frank Elisha Moore Jr. (1915 - 1982), Mary Sue Moore (1917 - 1935), Emma Bell Moore-Butler (1920 - 1994), & Elmer Leon Moore (1922 - 1968). Katy passed away on 17 November 1961 in Amarillo, and was buried at the Llano Cemetery in Amarillo, Potter County, Texas. MRS KATY ANN MOORE AMARILLO Nov 20 Funeral services for Mrs Katy Ann Moore 75 were held Monday in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial was in Llano Cemetery. Mrs Moore died Friday. Survivors include three sons Chester Earl Moore and F E Moore Jr of Amarillo and Elmer Moore of Midland and three daughters Mrs Earl Ellis of Albuquerque and Mrs Ben Bailey and Mrs Floyd Butler of Amarillo.
