William Scott Brinkerhoff, 59, passed away, after a lingering illness, on Friday, April 26, 1996 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born February 5, 1937, in Joseph, Sevier County, Utah, to Olive Hicks Brinkerhoff and the late William Varsal Brinkerhoff. He married Joyce Mitchell on November 27, 1957, later divorced. Married Jeanne Ferrara, divorced. He was an Elder in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved the out-of-doors, including hunting, fishing and painting. He is survived by his children: two sons; Mitchell Scott Brinkerhoff and wife, Carin, So. Jordan; John Brinkerhoff and wife Rhonda, St. George, Utah; two daughters, Mrs. Jim (Kayleen) Krahenbuhl, Henderson, Nevada; and Mrs. Scott (Tracy) Derby, Riverton; nine grandchildren; mother and stepfather, Olive and Earl Poulsen, Salt Lake; two brothers, Sterling Reed Brinkerhoff and wife, Elaine, Salt Lake; and Jerald Brent Brinkerhoff, Salt Lake; two sisters; Mrs. Allen (Patricia) Smith, Delta, Utah; and Mrs Stanley (Janet) Wade, Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 30, 1996, 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends my also call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services.
