Bio

Harrell was born to Harrell Junior Geron and Evelyn Bernice Young Geron. He retired from the NRCS after 42 years of dedicated service. Harrell is survived by his wife Penny Geron; children: Evelyn Arnold, William Greenway, Harrell Joe "Joey" Geron, Jr. and Lela Elliott; his sister Carolyn Geron Dean of Ingram, TX; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christy Greenway. First marriage to Patricia N. Wiegel, September 17, 1970, Tarrant County, Texas. They were divorced October 22, 1977, Brazos, Texas, USA.
