Bio
Mrs. John Svadienak of Route 1, Taylor, passed away in a local hospital Wednesday morning. Mrs. Svadlenak was born on April 21, 1890 in Abbott, Texas, and in February 1912, she was married to John Svadlenak. They have lived in Taylor since 1912. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mikeska. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Condra Memorial Chapel with the Rev. David Shepperson officiating. Interment will be in the Taylor City Cemetery. Survivors include: her husband, John Svadlenak of Taylor; one daughter. Mrs. Max Skelton of Temple; three sons, Stanfield S. Svadlenak of Taylor; Alfred Svadlenak and William Svadlenak both of Houston: one sister. Mrs. Rosalie Summers of Fort Worth: two brothers, Charlie MiMeska and Frank Mikeska both of West, Texas.
