Published in the Ord Quiz, Ord, Nebraska, February 25, 1915, Page 1, Column 5 Young Wife is Dead Ever since the great hailstorm that visited the west part of the county last summer Mrs. Mike Voracek has been ill. It is thought she took cold at the time. She gave birth to a child a month or two ago, but it died. Since then she has been quite sick, and was taken to Burwell for treatment, where she died Tuesday afternoon. The deceased was Barbara Ptacnik, who was married to Mr. Voracek about two years ago. She was about 21 years of age at the time of her death. The funeral will be held from the Geranium Catholic church tomorrow at 10:00 o'clock. Mrs. Voracek had a great many friends, who mourn her death and will with great sorrow follow her to her grave. These have procured a great profusion of flowers for the funeral.
