CHILDRESS - Mildred E. Jackson, 73, died Monday, April 9, 2007. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Parkview Baptist Church with Don McFarland, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Jackson was born Jan. 31, 1934, to Marian and Meryl Bell Bybee in Kirkland. She married Delmer "Buster" Jackson on June 17, 1950. Survivors include two sons, Billy Bob Jackson of Childress and Delmer Ray Jackson of Amarillo; three brothers, Elton Bybee, Sam Bybee and Billy Bybee, all of Amarillo; a sister, Betty Foster of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
