Bio

Mrs. Fleet was born in Latch, Texas to Randolph and Ethel Mathis. She was a lifelong resident of the Gilmer area, other than the short time she spent in beauty school in Dallas. She was owner and operator of Charm Beauty Salon and a hair dresser for 50 years She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Fleet, in 1994 and son Robbie Fleet. Survivors include her daughter, Elaine Lawrence, Fort Worth, Texas; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
