Born September 8, 1927 in Freeport, Texas to Preston and Jewell McKinzie Morris. Died April 25, 1929 from Diphtheria at the Jefferson Davis Hospital in Houston, Texas. (TDC#21161) Billie parents came to the Freeport/Velasco area from Tennessee Colony, Texas for work before his birth Preston Morris worked for the Freeport Sulphur Company. Jewell Morris was a stay at home mom.
