Muggins Cochran, age 70, of Jasper, Texas passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10am Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Harvest Church with Brother Gary Marshall officiating. The family will greet friends on Tuesday evening from 5~8pm at Shultz Funeral Home in Jasper, Texas. A native of Lufkin, Texas and a 42 year resident of Jasper, he worked in sales at Jackson's Industrial Supply, Motor Bearing Supply, O'Reilly Auto Parts and currently at Napa Auto Parts in Jasper. He was known for his golfing skills and loved the outdoors. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Sue Simmons Cochran of Jasper, his sons Jason and wife Lesa Cochran of Pearland, Texas, Justin and wife Brandi Cochran of Brookeland, Texas and Joseph and wife Esther Cochran of Huntsville, Texas, his brother Martin and wife LouAnn Cochran of Huntington, Texas, his sisters Judy Spivey of Hudson, Texas, Betty Jordan of Huntington, Texas and Mary Jo and husband Lynwood McGaughey of Tyler, Texas, as well as 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
