Bean, Robert Floyd Sr. January 29, 1986 …retired grocer KIRBYVILLE—Robert Floyd Bean Sr., 73, of Kirbyville died Wednesday at Mixson Memorial Hospital after an illness. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Causey's E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial in Trout Creek Cemetery. A native of Bluett, La., he lived in the Call-Kirbyville area most of his life and was a retired owner and operator of a grocery store. Survivors include his wife, Epsie Strawther Bean of Kirbyville; two sons, Tommy Bean of Vidor and Robert Floyd Bean Jr. of Beaumont; a daughter, Juanita Rodich of Boyce, La.; two sisters, Willie Mae Evermann of Victoria and Minnie Gilcrease of Kirbyville; and six grandchildren.
