Bennett - Monday morning, Dec. 22 1958, at a local infirmary. Charles Gershon Bennett, age 73 years, Survived by wife, Mrs. Sallye Scalf Bennett. daughter, Mrs. Rex White, son, Rob L. Bennett, all of this city: 3 sisters, Mrs. L. t. Warren, and Mrs. H. R. Bazemore, both of this city, and Mrs. W. C. Montgomery, Madison, Tenn; brother, Gilbert G. Bennett, Nashville. 7 grandchildren. Remains rest at the funeral home of Phillips Robinson Co., where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. Haskel Henry and Rev. Luke Fuqua. Official Board of the Bordeaux Methodist Church will seve as honorary pallbearers; active: Lowell Boaz, J. O. Bradley, John Warren, Robert Ramsey, J. E. Harper, Charles Kimbrough, O. H. Colley, H. C.
