Another of Large Cupp Family Dead. Noah Cupp of Los Angeles, Calif., 82 years old, a resident of southwest of Edina from about 1870 until 1893, died Sunday, March 30, 1952, at his home. No particulars were given as to funeral services and burial but they are presumed to have been in Los Angeles. Mr. Cupp was born 1869 in Farmersville, Ohio, one of the eight children of Solomon N. and Emma Cupp. The parents with their children moved to Knox County, when Mr. Cupp was about a year old, and lived on a farm on which Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Beal now live. There the son, Noah, grew up and lived until he went to Los Angeles. His older brothers, Harvey J. Cupp, 65 years old, of near Hurdland died Sept. 6, 1928, and George V. Cupp, 72 years old, of Plevna died Dec. 11, 1937. Another brother, Levi Cupp, preceded the other brothers in death. Information as to the surviving relatives is not at hand, but a niece, Mrs. C. R. Fulton, the former Miss Lou Emma Cupp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George V. Cupp, sent a part of the foregoing, and P.J. Oldfather of near Edina received a telegram of the death.
