Bio

Barbara June Yow 85, of Saginaw, Texas passed away Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Azle Nursing Center in Azle, Texas. She was born on June 10, 1932 in Willis, Oklahoma to the late Elmer Newton Askew and Magie Lee Badgett Askew. Barbara was raised in Willis and later moved to Fort Worth, Texas where she lived her entire life. She married Kenneth William Yow on April 12, 1950 in Gainesville, Texas and he preceded her in death on November 17, 2004. Barbara worked at Southwest Foam Molding Company and later for Tandy Corporation. She was member of the Church of Christ in Saginaw, Texas and she enjoyed reading and going to Wal-Mart shopping. Her greatest love was her grandkids. She is survived by: Children:                      Kenneth Randall Yow, Saginaw, Texas Ronnie Yow and wife Jeanetta, Azle, Texas Grandchildren:             Rusty Lynn Yow, Fort Worth, Texas Michael Cody Yow, College Station, Texas Jennifer Marie Baughman, Burleson, Texas 2 Great Grandchildren: Kaden Dycus and Kiera Dycus Brother:                       Wendyl Askew and wife Minnie, Willis, Oklahoam Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 brother; Carl Askew.
