Bio

Ruby Idell Allen, age 77, of DeQuincy, Louisiana passed away on August 29, 2016 at High Hope Care Center, Sulphur, Louisiana. Idell loved people and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She attended Bible Baptist Church, DeQuincy, La. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is the daughter of the late Louis Middleton Baggett and the late Ruby Pearl Powell. She is survived by her adopted son. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Billy Wayne Allen, four brothers and seven sisters.
