Bio
Wanda Jean Garrett was the daughter of Floyd Allen Garrett and Josephine Slovak Garrett. Wanda was killed when a car accidentally hit and killed her. Newspaper Clipping from Ennis Daily News Garrett Child Dies Following Accident - Wanda Jean Garrett, 3 year old daughter of cpl. and Mrs. Floyd A. Garrett of Ennis, was killed Sunday in Kileen when hit by a car. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Catholic Church here. Cpl. Garrett is stationed at Camp Hood, near Kileen. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Garrett of Ennis, Route 1, and Mrs. Garrett is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ignac Slovak of near Ennis. Keever Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
